Founded by Jeff Rouse, The Gemini Affair project began to take shape in 2017. Fresh off the road as a touring musician, Rouse began to write his own songs. He recruited a handful of standouts to get the music on tape. Within weeks, Rouse had a number of songs built out by Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees), Chris Walla (Death Cab for Cutie), Ryan Waters (Sade) and longtime Emerald City rocker, Keith Ash (Star Anna, Guessing Game). The self-titled The Gemini EP was produced by Don Gunn and was one of the best-selling records in Seattle upon its release.

With strong praise from Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready, Guns N’ Roses’ Duff McKagan, Buckcherry’s Josh Todd and radio stations like KJR 950 AM and KISW 99.9 FM, The Gemini Affair has a new six-song EP To… cut, mixed and mastered for fans, and set for release from G4L Records. Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready debuted the EP’s first single, “You’re Perfect,” on his boutique vinyl record label Hockeytalkter, and on Sirius XM Radio Pearl Jam Channel. Part U2, part Foo Fighters, part Soundgarden, the record is all torch, lighting fans forward.

The Gemini Affair are:
Jeff Rouse: Vocals, Guitar (Member of Duff McKagan’s Loaded (Bass, Backup Vocals), formerly Alien Crime Syndicate, Fozzy, Vendetta Red). He has also shared the stage with Steve Jones (Sex Pistols), Corey Taylor (Slipknot/ Stone Sour), Mike McCready (Pearl Jam), Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees, QOTSA, Mad Season), Ann and Nancy Wilson (Heart) and many more at major festivals and shows worldwide.
Keith Ash: Bass (Star Anna, Guessing Game)
Donn Gunn: Drums (Death Cab for Cutie, Peter Frampton, Soundgarden, King Crimson)
Ryan Waters: Guitar (Sade, Heart, Liv Warfield)
Davey French: Guitar (Everclear)

What they’re saying

"The members of Seattle's The Gemini Affair are not only incredible musicians, but they are dear friends of mine. I've been fortunate to share the stage with Jeff Rouse & Keith Ash countless times, and I'm stoked to release a single with them! The songs "You're Perfect" and "A Whisper To A Moan" exhibit a modern take on their classic rock influences! Enjoy the songs and look for them live sometime down the road!" ~ MIKE MCCREADY, Pearl Jam

“Jeff worked very hard to find his sound on this brilliant record. The confluence of his post-punk heroes 'The Cure" and ' Killing Joke', mixed with the straight-up rock n roll motherfucker that he is, makes for the really godamn epic 'Gemini Affair.” ~ DUFF McKAGAN, Guns N’ Roses, Loaded

“I love the melodies and the EP’s interesting take on the concept kept me totally engaged!” ~ JOSH TODD, Buckcherry

“The Gemini has traces of New Order and Depeche Mode, but it’s not a throwback or nostalgic. It hits harder and it carries the torch forward, rocking in a way that it’s influencers never quite did” ~ NABIL AYERS

“The Gemini has an incredibly dark and powerful vibe to it, while also being catchy throughout. I instantly fell in love with the songwriting on this EP!” ~ STEVE MIGS, BJ & Migs, Mornings, 99.9 KISW, Seattle

“The Cult meet The Cure in a back alley Seattle street fight!” ~ “IRON” MIKE SAVOIA

13South

(Southern Rock, Hard Rock, Rock)

Hailing from Mississippi originally, 13South debuted with their hit single “Mississippi Way” which was nominated for Rock Songwriter of the Year at the 9th Annual Josie Music Awards at the legendary Grand Ole Opry.

Described as “If Lynyrd Skynyrd and Junkyard had a baby,” these Hard Southern Rockers have dredged through adversity and the windfalls of life to capture magic. Their songs are fun, rebellious, and renderings of the lifestyle and mystique of this Hard Rockin’ Southern Band.

“13South is a mindset. Something no one can take away. I’m just writing about my life and experiences. Blue Collar Baby,” from founder Chris Blevins.

With his previous band Voodoo13, 13South’s Chris Blevins has toured all over the Southeast and then some, and have shared the stage with greats: Junkyard, Jackyl, Better Than Ezra, Warrant, Great White, John Corabi, Candlebox, Trixter, Blacktop Mojo, Them Dirty Roses, The Nixons, Adelitas Way, Wicked Wisdom, Buck Cherry, Faster Pussycat, Naked Beggars, Rehab, Sponge, Alice In Chains, Josh Todd Band, Black Stone Cherry, Ra, and Powerman 5000.

What They’re Saying

“Killer song. Great swampy intro sliding into a hard charging southern rocker!” ~ TIM MOSHER, JUNKYARD (about “Mississippi Way”)

“I absolutely love Mississippi Way. What an awesome track!” ~  MOJO MOOMEY, 91.1 KSOI FM Radio

From JACK RUSSELL (Jack Russell’s GREAT WHITE), “Reckless is a rocking great song, and I would expect nothing less from my dear friend, Blevins.”

From ANTHONY CORDER (TORA TORA), “Reckless reminds me of an intimate jam on the front porch. Acoustic groove reminiscing of mid-America gratefulness and taking nothing for granted.”

A progressive hard rock/metal trio based out of Galveston, TX, TWIM brings a rare blend of heaviness and commercialism with their hard-rocking complex, groove infested sound.

The vocals have an almost Brandon Boyd/Incubus quality to them that plays to the hipster and mainstream audiences but it‘s layered over heavy, melodic music that any fan of the Breaking Benjamin, Five Finger Death Punch, Stone Sour type of sound will gravitate to — and that's not easy to do well.

There’s something there that just makes you want to listen to TWIM more and more. Come see what all the buzz is about !

What they’re saying

“TWIM is a really smart blend of heaviness and commercialism. The vocals have an almost Brandon Boyd Incubus quality to them that attracts a more female and hipster audience but it’s layered over this heavy, melodic music that any fan of the Breaking Benjamin, Five Finger Death Punch, and Stone Sour type of sound will gravitate to. That's not easily to do well. They are heavy with rare commercial appeal. ~ BRIAN ORLANDO, THE SHARK 94.3 FM
